The system utilises a polyurethane dome that effectively brings flat labels to life through touch and aesthetics.
Your logo becomes magnified and enhanced though the polyurethane dome, which also provides protection for the label, improving weather and UV resistance.
We provide a damage proof, high quality solution to your labelling requirements. Using sub-surface screen printing and digital technologies they can be enhanced through embossing, die cut to shapes and laminated with adhesives styles to suit your particular application.
Materials used for decals and labels include polyester, polycarbonate,
reflective, PVC, polyurethane, mylars and vinyls.

Using the best resin equipment in the world wecombine a special preparation process on the base material with an economical resin dispensing system to provide an incredibly attractive labelling solution for your company.

The Process
The polyurethane dome is applied in resin form. Our process allows many labels to be domed at once, allowing fast batch production. Machines are computer controlled to ensure accurate resin coverage.
Once the resin has been applied they are placed in special custom ovens to insure the dome dries quickly, reducing the risk of imperfection.
