Fabricated Letters in Metal

All fabricated letters and returns are cut using the latest laser technology, from prime material stock. Whether the materials you request are single-directional polished 304 stainless, 1052 alloy aluminum, or top of the line titanium coated stainless, your letters or designs will be reproduced to exact specifications.

Beginning with your artwork or any standard style, Lsser cutters premium sheets of stainless steel or titanium coated stainless steel to the requested letter or logo shapes. Letter returns are bent to the contour of the laser cut faces, and hand soldered using a lead-free silver solder. All fabricated products are either buffed, stroked or painted per specifications. While not nearly as durable to impact as cast letters or flat cut metal letters, the channel fabrication is perfect for various forms of illumination.

With square corners and clean lines, your letters are welded to form the desired style. Before final finish, they are sanded to produce a smooth surface. Pricing is based on material, height of letter, depth of returns, letter style, mounting and finish

A great number of these fabricated letters have been used in combination with customer-provided LED lighting systems to produce breathtaking ‘halo lit’ signage.
