Description

A proprietary system of manufactured extrusions making a neat and efficient method for assembling flex face signage. The re-usable system allows for quick and easy replacement of the flex face at regular intervals.

Construction

The extrusions are cut to size and fitted to either side of a cladded steel frame box for single or double sided signage. The pre-printed flex face is stretched over the frame and fixe in place by clipping in the insert. The last step is to fit the cover strip for a neat finish.

Decoration

The flex face may be digitally printed in full colour, or decorated with vinyl or silkscreened images. Fabricated perspex or vacuum formed letters and logos may also be incorporated for impact.

Illumination

Fluorescent tubes are used for internal illumination. Led or Neon lighting can also be used.

Sizes

From ± 600 x 900 mm to 3000 x 5000 mm and over.

Installation

1. Single sided boxes may be mounted flat on any flat surface.
2. Double sided signage may be suspended from overhangs, mounted off walls as a projecting sign, or installed onfreestanding structures.

Finishes

Spraypainting, powder coating or pre-coated finishes are applicable for the boxes, with special attention to weather-
proofing for exterior applications.
