Lightco Office Signage
In Jan 2008 Signs360 was approuched by the managing director of Lightco Mr Roy Doron.
Lightco just moved into new premises in Sydney.
The job was turned around in under 5 days from meeting the client.
Signs360 offers a range of different types of frosting for application to your windows or glass.
Frosting is a semi-transparent film which is applied to windows or glass to create privacy or to close in a large open space.
There are many different types of frosting including frosting with sparkles and colours. However the most common form is 3M dusted crystal, as shown in the photos here.
Corporate logos, lettering, numbering and shapes can be cut from frosting to create many different styles and effects. Frosting is a vinyl, so can be cut in exactly the same was as vinyl is.
Options for Frosting
Other options for frosting are things like striping – strips of frosting to create stripes that will create only a 50% privacy, cut out decals or words, that can be used instead of some of the stripes of the frosting, or alternatively having only single bands of frosting running at eye level around an office.
The possibilities of frosting are endless. Frosting comes in a range of different widths as well – widths of 610mm wide, 1220mm wide and also 1524mm.
The entire project consisted of:
- 10 square meeting of window frosting
- 2.5 meters of white block-out vinyl.
- 2 logo's on front glass doors.
- Feature wall sign in 16mm MDF sprayed and baked in an oven, mounted on pins raised off the wall. This worked out to really suit the front entrance and looks simply outstanding.
